Our Renaissance Long-Term Care program focuses on keeping our residents functioning at their highest potential, while providing skilled nursing care in a warm, friendly, and home-like environment. Our professional nursing staff is on duty 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our nurses are professionally trained in geriatrics and long-term care. 

All of our residents are regularly evaluated by our physical, occupational, and speech therapists to provide rehabilitation that will allow them to maintain their highest level of physical independence 

Staff members meet weekly to ensure that each resident has a thorough and personalized care plan developed in partnership with his or her family. This plan includes a wide range of health care, social services, recreational activities, rehabilitative therapies, nutritional counseling, and all other necessary components to guarantee that our residents are receiving the best care and reaching their highest potential.
